しっかりとカウンセリングを行い、姿勢・可動域・筋膜の状態などを確認。お一人おひとりの身体に合わせて、筋肉・筋膜・骨格・神経にバランスよく働きかけ、肩こり・腰のだるさ・頭の重さ・骨盤のゆがみ・自律神経の乱れを整えていきます。
バキバキしない、痛くない施術なので、整体が初めての方にも安心です。今必要な調整”を見極めながら、自然な回復力を引き出すことを大切にしています。深層筋や筋膜へ穏やかにアプローチすることで、血流・リンパ・神経の流れを促進。施術後は、呼吸がしやすくなったり、体が軽く感じられるなど、リラクゼーションだけでは届かない、深い整いを感じていただけます。

オイルトリートメント。お客さまのお悩みやお好みに合わせて精油をブレンドし、全身の筋肉の緊張をほぐし、ストレスや疲労を解きほぐしていきます。むくみが気になる部分へリンパドレナージをミックス、デトックストリートメントなど、お客様のご要望とお身体の状態に合わせてカスタマイズできす。精油の香りは嗅覚を通じ大脳辺縁系に直接伝わり、自律神経やホルモンに関係する視床下部へ伝わり、全身へと伝わっていきます。そしてキャリアオイルが精油を肌の表皮から浸透させ、全身へ行きわたらせます。首・肩・腰など筋肉の張り、だるさ、むくみ、冷え性などの緩和、免疫力アップ、自律神経やホルモンバランスの調整、更年期の緩和、デトックス、精神的ストレスの解放などが期待できます。

During the consultation, I will gently ask about your physical condition, areas of concern, medical history, lifestyle (such as work or childcare), and emotional stress – only as much as you feel comfortable sharing. This is an important process to provide holistic care tailored to both body and mind, so please feel free to speak at your own pace.
For the full body treatment, you will be asked to wear only your underwear. Disposable paper shorts are available. Towels will be used to cover your body throughout the session to ensure your privacy and comfort.
